This week: Rev. Bronwyn Cortlett & the theme: "Conversations About Faith" Focus Scriptures: Acts 2:1-21 and John 20:19-23
Bronwyn grew up in Toronto, attended Emmanuel College at The University of Toronto, and was Ordained by Toronto Conference in 2010. She ministered at Binkley United in Hamilton, engaging in several collaborative initiatives. In 2013, she moved to the General Council Office (GCO), the national denominational office. Bronwyn has worked in Ministry Recruitment, Candidacy Pathway and Office of Vocation support – in other words, the attraction, training, and retention of ministry personnel. She then moved to EDGE, a department of the General Council Office (GCO) focused on new ministry development, sustainability, and innovation. She is currently working with the Growth Department at GCO, focused on rural ministry renewal. Bronwyn recently completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto, with a focus on leadership development. She has also been a Volunteer Associate Minister at St. Andrew’s United during her time at GCO. Bronwyn is excited to get to know Northlea United and engage in a meaningful ministry of music, meals, and making a difference!
